This unit is one of the most saught after with its soaring ceilings and no neighbors. With lots of windows and light all with rich wood shutters and beautiful drapery. With great views looking out at the 13th tee. Has acrylic sliders also on the lanai so that you can have breakfast while watching everyone play golf. Not only the golf corse but also lake views. Tile in main areas with carpet in the bedrooms. Very richly decorated. King bed in Master, and two twin beds in guest room. The third bedroom is set up as an office. With a desk and a leather sofa. Comes with an assigned covered parking spot and washer and dryer. Located in Lexington Country Club which has a manned gate and is patrolled 24 hrs a day. All amenities are transferrable to the tenant including golf and tennis.
